All 8 are of rammed-earth construction with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, sitting area, dining facilities, fully equipped kitchen and covered front veranda.
All are self-contained with colour TV, DVD player, refrigerator, electric ovens, gas cooktop, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, glassware, electric kettle and toaster. A pot belly stove provides heating in winter (with supplies of wood kept on the back veranda) and reverse cycle air-conditioning both warms and (in summer) cools the living area. An outdoor dining setting and gas-fired barbeque are located on the front veranda.
